My Approach

Birth With Ease needs a brand and a website that connect with three different audiences—families, doulas, and clinicians—without losing cohesion.
My process is phased: first creating a strong visual identity, then translating that into a digital presence that’s credible, approachable, and easy to navigate.

Key Deliverables


Website (Squarespace)

  • 7-page custom Squarespace site (Home, Families, Doula Training, Clinicians, Team, Resources/Blog, Contact)

  • Consistent landing page layout for each audience page

  • Integration of provided photo/video assets

  • Blog + resources setup

  • Mobile responsive design & SEO basics

  • Launch support & handoff training (if needed)

Branding

  • Logo suite (primary, secondary, submarks)

  • Color palette & typography system

  • Supporting visual elements (patterns, textures, icons)

  • Simple brand guidelines (PDF)

  • Final packaged assets for print/digital

Key Deliverables


Website (4–6 Weeks)

  • Week 1: Architecture + Quick Wireframes

    • Confirm sitemap + navigation

    • Create quick static wireframes for Home + one Pathway page

    • Lock in CTAs + user flow

  • Week 2: Initial Build in Squarespace

    • Begin building Home + base structure of other pages

    • Apply brand typography, colors, and grid

    • Share live preview for feedback

  • Week 3: Program Page Build-Out

    • Build Families, Doula Training, and Clinicians pages

    • Add testimonials, social proof, and CTA bands

  • Week 4: Refinement & Blog Setup

    • Style Resources/Blog section

    • Finalize Team + Contact pages

    • First pass content integration

  • Week 5: Feedback & Adjustments

    • Apply client revisions

    • Polish across all pages

  • Week 6 (if needed): Testing + Launch

    • Mobile optimization

    • SEO basics (metadata, alt text)

    • Client walkthrough & training

    • Go-live support

Branding (4–6 Weeks)

  • Week 1: Discovery & Strategy

    • Kickoff call

    • Audience + goals alignment

    • Creative direction moodboards

  • Week 2: Concept Development

    • 2–3 logo directions presented

    • Initial feedback collected

  • Week 3: Refinement Round 1

    • Narrow concepts down

    • Revise based on feedback

  • Week 4: Refinement Round 2

    • Polish chosen direction

    • Build supporting lockups

  • Week 5: Visual Identity Buildout

    • Develop color palette & typography system

    • Create supporting graphics

    • Draft brand guidelines

  • Week 6 (if needed): Finalization & Delivery

    • Final revisions

    • Deliver asset package + brand kit PDF

Investment

  • Branding Package (Logo + Kit): $3,500

  • Website Design & Build (Squarespace): $6,500

  • Bundle Rate (Branding + Website): $9,500 ($500 savings)

Hosting, Squarespace subscription, and any third-party integrations are not included,
but a Squarespace Hosting discount may be available.

Payment Terms

  • 50% deposit due at project kickoff

  • 25% due at completion of Branding phase

  • 25% due at Website launch

Invoices are payable upon receipt. Work begins once deposit is received.
